The cuisine of the Castel Mireïo’s Chef reflects its surroundings: natural, simple and fresh with typical dishes, inspired by the Provencal cuisine or by the Mediterranean cuisine.
The “A la carte menu” varies with the seasons and always around local specialties (asparagus, truffles...). Many different daily specials complete the a la carte menu and some specialties can be made to order (Daube Provençale cooked with Côtes-du-Rhône wine...). All this in a luminous dining room, typical of Provencal décor of the early twentieth century, or, with fine weather, on the terrace with a nice view of Mont Ventoux and, further, on the Dentelles de Montmirail.
